The new Account Lookup station (& sometimes the old one too) sometimes seems to freeze up & not respond when you click the Start Here button.

• Why? Sometimes, the page with the I Agree link gets stuck behind the main page.
• Fix: Hold the ALT key down & press the TAB key briefly - this toggles to the other open screen, which you can close & restore the station to normalcy.
