- Help students get network accounts (as needed)

- Help students use the Print Pay Station

- Call Georg or the CTC for Print Pay Station problems

- Help students use the desktop print software & understand the new process

- Use the Cashier Ref Desk icons to grant print credit to students, or refund cash (rarely)

- May refer unanswerable questions to GR

Circulation Staff & Students

- Help students use the Print Pay Station

- Look up student account numbers (if student can't easily get to WebAdvisor)

- Provide refunds for previously purchased Pay for Print cards

- Issue printing accounts to non-student patrons (& students not yet registered)

- Change paper rolls in Print Pay Station (all Circ leads & Circ staff)
